Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation (TNSC) (president: Kenji Nagata), a Japanese industrial gas company in Nippon Sanso Holdings Group, and Lit Thinking have announced Lit Thinking will purchase and use a TNSC SR2000HT-RR metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) reactor for its UVLED research and development, with support and expertise from TNSC.
